Carla Maria de Souza is a social entrepreneur, mother, friend and an inspiring force of a woman. As the founder of Project Tres, she contributes to a decolonized approach on humanitarian aid supporting women in Kenya and India building independent lives and free themselves from severe domestic violence. Carla has joined the community 2 years ago and shares her perspective of being a social entrepreneur from the global south operating from Germany. In the podcast she speaks about her (entrepreneurial) journey, the importance of being seen and recognized authentically and how the brafe.space community contributed to her development. We talk a lot about the role of money, inner work and spiritual communities.
